What do we do during G-flow? Please read on.

Step 1

We all know how difficult it is to empty the mind. To free ourselves from all our thoughts.

That is why we start to get you on the move. We investigate what is standing between your intentions and your targets.

What causes these blockades? What experiences interfere? Which thoughts? Which fear? Which conviction? Which patterns?

Conciously or unconsciously? Voluntary or unvoluntary? We start investigating these processes. The result will be: clarity, understanding, peace.

Step 2

The new way of understanding is applied. Emotions are allowed, adapted and given their right place. E.g anger, lack of power, lack of confidence.

You will experience a new kind of self-confidence, forgiveness, and possibly gratitude. The proces is easy-going and universal.

You learn how to handle day-to-day situations. You learn how to live in your present mindset.

Step 3

Focus will be on opening up and letting in. New energy will be at your disposal. The past is given its rightful place and new energy will incite you to start innovation straightaway.

You will be able to use your own inexhaustible sources of power and your own authenticity.

Step 4

The qualities that are acquired in the previous steps will be put into action in order to harmonise thinking, feeling,and acting. Unity is aimed at. You will learn how to husband your energy in a harmonious flow.

Step 5

We pay attention to the concepts you wish to realise. We advise you how to make your choices. Together we discuss your limitations, if any, and your increased possibilities. You will be more aware of your powerful input in a general sense. From now on you will respond in a different way and you will be able to show more adequate behaviour.

G-flow is not a therapy. G-flow is meant for people who wish to develop themselves, who want to bring new zest to their daily routine. G-flow provides you with a new understanding of life.

G-Flow past men toe tijdens ongewenste en gewenste veranderingen in leef en werk patroon. De cliënt wordt geïnspireerd om middels de eigen wil op de kracht van het ware zelf aan een nieuwe weg te werken.

Greenwater richt zich met dit product dan ook op volwassen die willen leren om ervaringen, gedachten, emoties en gevoelens los te laten en meer levenskwaliteit op willen bouwen door persoonlijke inzet vanuit eigen inzicht.

Denk daarbij aan problemen met het (h)Erkennen, Accepteren, Integreren van overweldigende gebeurtenissen, blokkerende dan wel belemmerende ervaringen, patronen en overtuigingen op zowel emotioneel, mentaal, fysiek, spiritueel, sociaal als relationeel niveau. Vervolgens brengen we middels G-Flow de mentale gedachte (overtuiging) van de cliënt in lijn met zijn/haar gevoelsleven en zijn/haar persoonlijke beleving (bewustzijn) in deze. Vervolgens worden vanuit deze nieuwe situatie duidelijke, concrete keuzes gemaakt naar de toekomst toe en de verandering geactiveerd.

G-Flow is geen therapie. Wel kan het tijdens therapie ingezet worden ter optimalisatie, Ontstaat er meer overzicht en toegenomen zelfinzicht in gedrags- en levensvragen op het niveau van de cliënt.

G-Flow plaats de persoonlijke beleving centraal op alle niveaus.

Denk daarbij o.a. aan de volgende klachten: omgaan met verlies, somberheid, moedeloos, lusteloosheid, interesse verlies, algemene angsten, spanningsklachten, geen rust, slecht of niet kunnen ontspannen, relatie en omgangsproblemen, werkdruk en stress gerelateerde problemen, onzekerheid, integratie van spirituele, mystieke ervaringen, onrust, acceptatie van overweldigende gebeurtenissen.

Het coach en traintraject speelt zich afhankelijk van de cliënt dus af op zowel fysiek, mentaal, emotioneel, spiritueel, sociaal, relationeel als gevoelsniveau.
